Training with POTS/dysautonomia can be beneficial, for symptom management and improvement, but it requires specific strategies. When I got diagnosed with POTS, I went from running 3 times a week and lifting heavy 3 times a week to having to figure out an entirely new routine. It is a long journey of trial and error, but I've come a long way over the past 1.5 years+ and wanted to share what's worked for me in a guide to reference. This guide covers tips for training and other things I did to help my baseline improve.
